Kenneth L. PaulZanesville: Kenneth L. Paul, 72, of Zanesville, passed away on Nov. 4, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family after a hard fought battle with esophageal cancer. He was born on Aug. 6, 1945 in Zanesville, a son of the late John H. Paul and Clarice (Courtney) Paul. He was a 1963 graduate of Philo High School. Ken was an
Army veteran serving proudly during the
Vietnam War and he retired from AEP in 2004 after 30 years of service. He later worked for Mid East Career and Technology Center as a substitute teacher. Ken was an elder of the Zanesville Wildwood Church of Christ, a member of the Central Ohio Off Road Association. He enjoyed trail riding in his Jeep, cooking, and spending time with his family at the beach. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Rebecca L. (Finlaw) Paul whom he married on Aug. 26, 1967. A daughter Kendra Paul. A son Jon (Heather) Paul both of Zanesville. Two granddaughters Kayla and Nikki Chambers of Richmond, VA. Three brothers J. David of Greenville, SC, Jerry E. of Baltimore, MD, and Roger C. of Otis, OR. Memorial services will be held at 1:00p.m. on Sat. Nov. 11, 2017 at Zanesville Wildwood Church of Christ 2980 Ridge Road with visitation from12:00-1:00 p.m. Pastor Tony Maple officiating.
