Kenneth Vaughn Franko, beloved son, father, brother, uncle, and friend, left us too soon on Thursday, July 2, 2020. Kenneth was born at Edwards AFB, CA while his dad was serving in the United States Air Force. Kenneth grew up in California, Hawaii, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Texas, graduating from high school in 1984 from Willis High School, Willis, TX.

Kenneth will always be remembered for his love of the outdoors, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and archery, when he was in his teens Kenneth, his brother Bryan, and father did a lot of bow and arrow shooting, he was always taking first place in tournaments.

Kenneth worked in the mechanical trades, air conditioning, machinist, and electrical through out his adult life in the Houston, Conroe, Fort Worth, and Dallas, TX areas.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother Joyce Franko Mclaughlin, of Victoria, TX, and his brother Bryan Franko, of Falmouth, MA. Kenneth is survived by his daughter Amber Quintanar and husband Jeremais, granddaughter Aubrie, grandson Hunter, of Livingston, TX, son Colby Chase Franko and wife Tabitha, granddaughter Trinity, grandson Dylan, of Fort Jackson, SC, father Richard Franko and stepmother Donna Franko, of Chandler, TX, sister Crystal Mclaughlin of San Antonio, TX, stepsister Catherine Rivera and husband Frank, of LaPort, TX, stepbrother Bryan Wilkers and wife Kirsten, of Merritt Island, FL, and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

A celebration of life for Kenneth and his brother Bryan who passed on June 28, 2020 is planned at the Lake Palestine United Methodist Church Amphtheater, Saturday July 25th at 9:30AM.
