Kerry A. Cochran MintierMt. Vernon: Kerry A. Cochran Mintier, age 39 of Mt. Vernon died unexpectedly Monday, October 30, 2017 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on SR 310.She was born on February 27, 1978 in Mt. Vernon to Harold and Ann (Kyle) Cochran of Centerburg. A graduate of Centerburg High School in 1996, she participated volleyball, basketball, softball, and 4-H.During her 7th grade year she met a fellow classmate Jason Mintier and shortly after graduation they were married on August 17, 1996. Together they shared 21 years, raising a family and making a home.Kerry worked as a nurse before joining her husband in the operation of JK Auto Upholstery, restoring antique car interiors. Fond of flowers, she enjoyed crafts. Raised in the lock Federated Church, she was baptized in the Fairview Freewill Baptist Church.She was at her best when raising her children. Beautiful and with a big heart, she was caring and helpful in every way. Her husband and children were the center of her world, she treasured being involved in their lives and sports activities. She will be remembered for her helpful ways and for being the âœBest Momâ?, and she was.Those left to cherish include her husband and parents, children: Austin, Kerrington, Keghan; sisters: Elaine (Barrett) Hileman of Canada, Kylene (Matt) Taylor of Croton; brothers: Eric (Kim) of Centerburg, Kurt of Indiana, Clint (Carly) and Chase (Kali) Cochran of Centerburg, maternal grandmother: Dorothy Nunley of Utica, parents-in-law: David and Sandra Mintier of Mt. Vernon, sisters-in-law: Jessica (Jerry) Peer, Jenny (Chuck) Groezinger, numerous nieces, nephews, 14 cousins, and extended family.Friends may call 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Friday at the Centerburg Church of Christ, 3830 Columbus Rd., Centerburg, Ohio, where services will be held 10:00 a.m. on Saturday with Pastor Roger Crego officiating.
