He was born on July 3, 1990 in Vineland, NJ to Judith Gribble and John Kevin McCarthy.Kevin will be remembered as a loving father, survived by his daughter, Gianna Hennessy; as a cherished brother to Brian and Jamie Saxton, John and Jenn Saxton and Michael and Kristin Fox; a devoted uncle to Chancler Cruz, Chole Saxton and Jacob Fox; and always as a beloved grandson, survived by his maternal grandparents, James and Ann Gribble; predeceased by his parental grandparents, John and Margret McCarthy. He will be missed by his extended family of uncles, aunts and cousins.Everyone who knew Kevin, knew the joy and laughter he brought to people. He was a proud member of the New Jersey Building Laborers Local 77.A private funeral service will be held at the convenience of the family.
