Kevin R. HoffmanTOLEDO: Kevin R. Hoffman, 55, of Toledo passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at St. Anne Mercy Hospital. He was born on October 28, 1961 in Fremont to Roger and Janet (Kiser) Hoffman. Kevin worked for Walgreens as a manager. He was a volunteer EMT with Troy Twp. EMS as well as an AHA CPR instructor. Previously, he worked in EMS Communications for Hospital Wing and Rural Metro both in Memphis; Med Corp EMS and ProMedica Air and Mobile.Surviving are his parents, Roger & Janet of Bettsville; son, Christopher (Debra) Hoffman of Toledo and their children, Dominic and Halle; and Kevin's sister, Kimberly Hoffman of Fremont.Friends and Family are welcomed to the Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Gibsonburg on Tuesday, May 23rd from 3-7p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 24th beginning at 10:30 a.m. Rev. J.
