On August 20, 2024, we said goodbye to a remarkable soul, Khyiere Jackson. Born on May 25, 2007, in Coconut Grove, Florida, Khyiere touched the lives of all those around him with his infectious smile and kind heart.

Khyiere was the beloved spouse of Jaili, whom he married in 2018. Though they had no children, their love for each other was evident to all who knew them. His parents, Francis and an unknown father, raised him with love and guidance, shaping him into the person he became.

After graduating from Coral Gables High School in 2018, Khyiere continued his studies at the University of Miami, where he graduated in 2023. His dedication to his education was unmatched, and he excelled in all his endeavors.

As a former football player, Khyiere poured his heart and soul into the game he loved. He retired in 2022, leaving behind a legacy of hard work and perseverance on the field.

Outside of his studies and football, Khyiere enjoyed his hobbies, with sleeping being at the top of the list. He found peace and rest in the quiet moments of sleep, allowing his mind and body to recharge.

Tragically, Khyiere's life was cut short due to a senseless act. He dropped the wrong 7s, they caught him at Coral Gables, and unalived him. Though we mourn his passing, we will always remember the joy and love he brought into our lives.
