Thorne, of 744 Parkersburg Trpk. passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at her residence.Mrs. Thorne was born on August 16, 1962 in Tacoma Park, Maryland, a daughter of Oris Dale Harper and the late Peggy Ann (Warner) Harper.Kimberly was a member of Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church where she was involved with the Children's Ministry and formerly employed by United Bank. Kim was actively involved with the "Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation," she enjoyed shopping, flower gardening, decorating and arranging flowers and she enjoyed spending time with her precious pets.Surviving in addition to her husband of two years, and her father of Fort Defiance is a daughter, Ashley Marie Aldhizer of Broomfield, CO; two step-daughters, Amber May and her husband Scott and Ashley Thorne both of Waynesboro; a brother, Billy Harper of Waynesboro, PA; a sister, Judy Augst and her husband Robert of Harrisonburg; two grandchildren, Ayden Sprouse and Riley Moore; a special friend, Luberta Doyle; two nieces, Jennifer Throm, and Hannah Augst; a nephew, Robert D. Augst; and her special pets, "Blue," "Zuess," and "Lucy."The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, April 21, 2017 in the Coffman Funeral Home and Crematory.A Memorial Service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 22, 2017 in the Mt. Pisgah United Methodist Church by Rev. John Crawford, III and Rev. Russell L.
