On April 27, 2024, the world lost a true legend in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Kinnion Tatum, born on December 27, 1947, left a lasting impact on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Kinnion was a dedicated employee at Sears, where he worked tirelessly until his well-deserved retirement in 2025. He was known for his hard work and dedication to his job, always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Outside of his career, Kinnion was deeply involved in youth camp services organization, where he devoted his time to helping shape the futures of young people. His passion for helping others was evident in everything he did, and he made a lasting impact on the lives of countless individuals.
When he wasn't working or volunteering, Kinnion enjoyed spending time outdoors, soaking up the beauty of nature. Whether he was hiking, fishing, or simply enjoying the fresh air, he found solace and joy in the great outdoors.
His legacy will live on through his two children, Angela Tatum Malloy and Kinnion Tatum Jr., and his five beloved grandchildren Nekayla Johnson,Taylor Johnson, Jasmine Johnson, Freddie Johnson and Bella Malloy. Though they may no longer have him physically by their side, his memory will forever be engraved in their hearts.
Kinnion Tatum may have left this world, but his spirit and passion for life will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
