Kiresten Rhodes, beloved daughter of Bobby and Crystal Rhodes and sister of Brady Rhodes, Granddaughter of Teresa Matthews and Leon Matthews(deceased), Guyma Rhodes and Bobby Rhodes Sr.(deceased), was born on July 5, 2003, in Anderson, South Carolina. It is with deep sorrow that we announce her tragic passing on November 13, 2023, at the young age of 20 due to a fatal car crash.

Kiresten was a bright and charismatic individual, cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. From a young age, she exhibited a natural curiosity and thirst for knowledge, which she carried with her throughout her life. She attended Powdersville High School, where she excelled academically and formed unforgettable friendships. In 2021, she proudly graduated from Powdersville High School, leaving behind a lasting impact on her school community.

Determined to continue her education, Kiresten enrolled at Coastal Carolina University, where she pursued her passion for knowledge and made long lasting friendships. Kiresten attended Kenneth Shuler School of Cosmetology of Greenville, South Carolina and went on to be a licensed esthetician in March of 2023.

The Rhodes Family asks that you send your prayers with them as they lay their loved one to rest. The Funeral will be held at Thomas McAfee Funeral Homes of Greenville, South Carolina at 3:00pm on November 16th. The family will be holding a receiving of family and friends privately at their home.
