Kitty Ray Nealley, or just “Kitty Ray” as she was affectionately known by many, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 14, 2018, surrounded by her family. Kitty was born May 15, 1953, in Miami, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents Della Lamb and James S. Johnson, and sister, Jeannie Fernandez. She is survived by her husband, 7 children, 6 siblings, and her grandchildren.
As an adult, Kitty studied Graphic Design at Erwin Technical in Tampa, FL where she graduated with a 4.0 GPA with Honors and was President of the National Honor Society — all while working full time and also while raising 4 adoring children by herself.
Kitty used her graphic design skill and love of the Lord to spread the work of God through her inspirational Scriptures in a Flash Cards and later through her Healing app which has been utilized by tens of thousands of people in 73 countries all over the world.
Kitty Ray was truly one-of-a-kind. She was fun, sweet, sarcastic, witty, funny, non-judgmental, and loved by everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. She could be your comfort when you needed it or the person to make you laugh.
She also loved to learn, loved to read, loved to write, and loved to dance.
Kitty’s greatest joy was her family. Her warmth, kindness, wit, humor, and unconditional love will be deeply missed by her family and by all who knew her.
