Kooper D. Dixon, a beloved son, brother, nephew, and grandson, passed away on September 18, 2024, at the tender age of two. Born on February 14, 2022, in Kings Mountain, NC, he spent his brief but impactful life in Cherryville, NC, where he brought immense joy to all who knew him.
Kooper, affectionately known as "Koopa Doop," had a vibrant spirit that lit up every room he entered. Happiness came easily to him, and his was infectious. He loved nothing more than being surrounded by his family, particularly during cherished times spent with his Grammy, Saundra Stewart, in South Carolina.
He was an adventurous boy, always eager to play outside with any kind of ball, or even without one, as his imagination knew no bounds. While he had a hearty appetite, he was known to be quite particular with his food, loving everything except lettuce. His favorite shows included "Bluey," along with whatever his mom and sisters enjoyed watching.
Kooper’s presence in the lives of his family was a source of endless joy and light. He had a special way of bringing peace and happiness to his "girls," especially his sister MaQuenzie Dixon and his "mom, Amanda Smith of Cherryville and His Father King Dixon of S.C .He is also survived by his "favorite man",Kenneth Briscoe Jr. of shelby and his Grammy, Saundra Stewart of S.C as well as Gianna Stewart of S.C.
Though Kooper's time with us was tragically short, his spirit and the love he shared will be deeply missed but forever cherished by all who had the privilege to know him.
