Krista Miller, , passed away on April 06 2018, in San Diego, CA. Krist was born on January 12, 1967, in Grosse Pointe, MI to William and Christine Wade.

Krista was born in Grosse Pointe Farms, MI. She graduated from Grosse Pointe South High school in1984 After high school she attended St Paul University in St Paul, Minnesota, receiving a degree in criminal justice. It was shortly after that Krista had her first child, Samantha and knew immediately that her purpose in life was to be a stay at home mom. The day she met David, her dream became reality, taking on being an amazing mother to David’s 3 sons and eventually having 3 of their own. 

Krista excelled at everything she ever put her mind to and captured the heart of everyone she met. She was a devout Christian and active member of Grace Church. She loved to extend her hand to everyone in need. Krista would not want tears of sadness but tears of joy that she has gone home to her Father in Heaven.

Krista is survived by her husband, David Miller; her children, David Miller Jr, Nicholas Miller, Conner Miller, Jesse Miller, Bryan Miller, Stephen Miller, Samantha Harrell and her beloved granddaughter, Zoie Faith Miller.

A memorial balloon release will be held at Balboa Park in San Diego, CA on Friday, February 16, 2018. The family will be greeting friends and relatives at 2 pm. In her honor family is asking anyone coming to wear blue and gold in honor of her love for Notre Dame. Food and snacks are welcome. Ashes will be released at Mission Beach following the balloon release. Krista was a role model for women and young girls everywhere and has impacted the lives of many. She will be dearly missed.
