Krysta Leland, a freshman at the College of DuPage, died April 29,2020, from a car accident. Born on June 4, 2001, in her hometown Naperville, Illinois. She was the daughter of Lora Leland and Gregg Leland, and sister of Alysa Leland. She was a firm believer in finding enjoyment out of the simple things and could always put a smile on anyone's face. Krysta spent her free time hanging out with her best friends, exploring new parts of Illinois, working at Chipotle, and always had a sense of adventure. Her future plans included transferring to DePaul University located in Chicago to double major in communications and journalism, in hopes of traveling the world. Although Krysta's life was cut short, the memory of her will never be left behind by her loved ones.
