Kullen, infant son son of Marshall and Barbara Welty was born Friday September 1 2017 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta and woke up in the arms of the Lord on Sunday November 5 2017. He is preceded in death by an older brother Landon and his maternal grandmother Joni Terrio. He is survived by both his parents, an older brother Khalon, and 3 grandparents. Services were held on Tuesday November 7 2017 at Sunrise Tabernacle church on Sunrise Rd in Blue Ridge.
