Born on October 22, 1974, Kurt brought joy and laughter to those around him throughout his 48 years of life. On October 1, 2023, he peacefully left this world, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be cherished.
Kurt was a loving son to his parents, Carl and Robyn Ulmen, who instilled in him the values of compassion and hard work. He adored his wife Melissa, whom he married 25 wonderful years ago. Their bond was unbreakable and they created a beautiful life together.
In addition to their incredible love story, Kurt and Melissa were blessed with three children: Sadie, Sydney, and Dallas. These precious souls brought immense joy and purpose to Kurt's life. He was their biggest cheerleader, always there to support and guide them on their journey.
An honorable and dedicated man, Kurt proudly served in the United States Navy. He devoted his life to protecting his country and the freedom we hold dear. His service was invaluable, and his memory will forever be honored for his bravery and sacrifice.
Despite facing adversity, Kurt approached life with a lightheartedness that lit up any room he entered. His infectious laughter and mischievous sense of humor could brighten the gloomiest of days.
