On October 30, 2016, Kyong Nam Jennings, aka "Kim", 75, passed away at her home in Severn, Maryland. Kim was born on November 26, 1940, to the late Kim Pal Kap (father) and Yi Sok Cha (mother) in Kyung Ju, South Korea. She met her husband while visiting her aunt and uncle in Seoul, South Korea. As a wife and mother, she provided a safe and loving home wherever they were stationed. Kim was a talented gardener and cook. And she loved to play Bingo. Kim is survived by her devoted husband of 43 years, Lawrence S. Jennings; her two beloved sons, Lawrence J. Jennings and Sean E. Jennings along with his wife, Tia; her cherished grandchildren, Sean, Tania, and Tiana Jennings; and her sibling, Taeja Kim. In addition to her parents, her younger brother and older sister preceded Kim in death. The family will receive visitors at Singleton Funeral & Cremation Services, P.A., 1 2nd Ave., SW (at Crain Hwy), in Glen Burnie on Wednesday, November 9th, from 3-5 & 7-9 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, November 10th, at 1 PM in the funeral home chapel.
