L.B. Starkey, 76, of Batesville, Arkansas, passed away on February 12, 2025. Born on April 28, 1948, L.B. was a beloved member of the community known for his kind heart and generous spirit. He had a passion for helping others and was always willing to lend a hand to those in need. L.B. had a love for the outdoors and could often be found fishing at the local lake or tending to his garden. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on through the lives he touched with his kindness and compassion.
