It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of La'Niyah Brooks, who was born on August 10, 1988, and tragically left this world on May 22, 2024. La'Niyah resided in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, United States, where she lived a life filled with love, family, and creativity.

La'Niyah was the beloved daughter of James Brooks Sr and Dolores Farmer. She leaves behind two cherished children, Zion Farmer and Keonte Farmer, and her younger Brothers, JaJuan Brooks and James Brooks Jr, who will forever carry on her legacy of strength and kindness.

La'Niyah had a passion for painting, spending hours immersed in colors and creativity. Her artistic spirit brought beauty and joy to all who knew her.

Tragically, La'Niyah's life was cut short due to a devastating car accident. The loss of such a vibrant soul has left a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
