Today we are celebrating the life of Lachelle Denise Lemons, born on Nov 8th 1978 in Washington DC , to Sandra Lemons and Gregory Green Sr. Since a young age she has always been an exceptional spirit , very curious to the many wonders of the world. She loved singing, dancing ,helping others and making them smile . A very strong willed woman she was , she didn't mind voicing her opinion on any subject. She stood up for what she believed in and could debate you for hours .Dropping knowledge was many of her gems that she cherished because she loved learning . It was her brain that made her into the magnificent woman she grew to be.
Such a beautiful soul inside and out , it was always a pleasure to be around her. She also loved doing hair and was a legend ."Shelly" as they would call her would always be the life of the party, the light in the dark,the ying to your yang. Lachelle was very educated, cultivated, and cultural. She loved going out, traveling, arts and crafts, and reading , that was her ultimate favorite thing to do besides being a mom. One of her greatest traits was her ability to motivate others to be a better version of themselves
She will be survived by her mother Sandra Lemons, her daughter Keaira Faulkner , her son Kha'li Simmons, her sisters, Alexis Jamison , Tamika Lemons , Nillea Green and Carla Green, her brothers , Andros Lemons , Maurice Lemons , Tabaris Lemons, Gregory Green Jr, Robert Green , and Kenneth Green , her only grandchild Wynter Knight
