Larry Andrews of Pine Lake and Innsifail, Alberta passed away surrounded by his family on Friday, July 22, 2016 at the age of 78 years. Larry was born on April 12, 1938 at Ardenode, Alberta, the sixth child of nine to Howard & Ethel Andrews. At the age of 10, he moved with his family to the farm that would be called home for the next 47 years at Pine Lake Alberta. In 1958, Larry married Wanda Matthews. In 1962, after working on the road crew for a few years, he and Wanda settled down to farm and raise their family of three daughters. Larry and Wanda retired and moved to Innisfail in 1995. Larry will be deeply missed by his wife, Wanda; daughter Melodie (Dale) Cochrane with her children Angie Wood (Chris Chin) & family, Jonathon Wood, and Adrienne (John) Chin and family and step children Jamie Cochrane & family and Jason (Stefanie) Cochrane & family; daughter Lori Rich (Bob Duclos) with her children Darren and Jackie Rich, and daughter Bonny (Rob) Snihur with children Katey & Marissa Snihur. Larry is also survived by seven great grandchildren; three brothers Roger, David and Danny; two sisters Loretta and Joyce and in-laws and hundreds of nieces and nephews, family members and friends. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Howard & Ethel Andrews, brothers Bob & Harold Andrews, and sister Joan Stevenson. A memorial service has been held.
