Larry Garrett, 73, of Florence, South Carolina, passed on October 11, 2023. Larry was born on January 28, 1950. To the late Willie Garrett and Maryann Johnson. Larry was educated in the Florence school system in his early years before his family moving to NJ in 1965
Larry(Sunny) worked as a construction worker in Newark NJ for many years until his retirement in 2013
Larry(Sunny) enjoyed fishing and enjoying time with family and friends especially his wife of 42 years Mary
Larry was a diehard NY Giants fan
Larry will be sorely missed by his wife of 42 years Mary. Sons Charles(Mia)Garrett Kevin (Jessica) Garrett ; daughter Kim (Robert) Gamble
Special daughters Takiah Garrett and Felica Smith ;Grandchildren Charles, Caprice, Christen, A’dore and Chase
Larry was proceeded in death by his parents and one sister Wanda Williams
