Latosha was born to Helen Felton (mother) and Damon Yancy Shipp (father)/Joe Willie Parker Fair (step father).  She leaves 3 children (Danarious Felton Walton, Ah'kieyrah Felton Walton and Ny'Qwan Felton).  6 sisters (Domenica Felton/Larry Smith, Maquia Withfield, Alicia Shipp, Krystal Shipp, Jamaya Wilson and Dathel Thomas (preceded in death).  7 brothers Leonard Felton, Damon Rucker, Damon Shipp, Jr, Querell Shipp, Stev Shipp, Eric Price and Damon (Dman) Shipps.  Preceding her in death is her grandmother and grandfather (Katie Pruitt/Thomas Pruitt), Dathel Lolita Shipp.

Latosha was a fun-loving person who loved to sing, crack jokes, take pictures and dress.  Very devoted to her kids.
