Laura A. Williams, 88, died February 21st 2019 at St. Francis Hospital in Monroe, Louisiana. Her funeral service will be held this Saturday at Delhi Assembly, Delhi, Louisiana, followed by internment at First Street Delhi Masonic Cemetary. 

Mrs. Williams was born on March 13th 1930 in Pionner, LA to Mary and Charles Johnson. She married  Micheal Williams on September 12th 1960. They raised 2 daughters, Lynne and Amber Williams, and 1 son, David Williams. Mrs. Williams moved to Delhi in 1980 and was involved in the community and giving back to those in need. In her free time she enjoyed spending time with her family and knitting.

Her family paid this tribute to her, ‘Laura was one of the kindest and loving people you could ever get the pleasure to meet. She shared her love with those she barely knew and treated everyone as her own child and she will be dearly missed.’

She is survived by her husband and 3 children, Lynne, Amber, and David. Her grandchildren, Stephen, Taylor, Rachel, and Ron.
