Laurie A. Wesolek (Baldino)SaginawFormerly of Lansing, Michigan Beloved daughter, wife, and mother passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at her home. Age 53 years. The daughter of Michael and Sandra (Doll) Baldino, Laurie was born on September 8, 1963 in Lansing, Michigan. She graduated from Lansing Catholic Central in 1981. She married John Wesolek on July 26, 1997. He survives her. She was employed as a Medical Biller at Great Lakes Pediatrics in Lansing, Michigan. Laurie loved being up north on the lake with her husband, family and friends and of course a Mic Ultra in hand. She enjoyed craft nights with her girlfriends and watching her beautiful children play sports. She always looked out for the happiness of others, and her kids and family meant the world to her. Surviving besides her husband Johnny are one daughter and three sons, Nicole Schalow and her significant other Joshua Beagle, Matthew Schalow, Christopher (Rachele) Schalow and Johnny Wesolek; two siblings, Thomas Baldino and Julie (Todd) Cotter; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Thomas Wesolek, Kathy (Dr. Randy) Thompson, James (Rita) Wesolek, Terri Wesolek, Stephen Wesolek, David (Cindy) Wesolek. Laurie was preceded in death by a brother Frank Baldino.Funeral Liturgy will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 at Mary of the Immaculate Conception Parish, 708 Sanderson St., St. Charles, Michigan. Rev. Fr. John Cotter will officiate. Honoring Laurie's wishes, cremation will follow. Friends may call at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., in Saginaw, where the family will be present on Monday and Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Mass.
