It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Layla Hill, who left us on May 4th, 2023, at the age of 23. Layla was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on March 16th, 2000, to loving parents who adored her.

From a young age, Layla was known for her infectious laugh and her love of adventure. She was always the one to suggest a spontaneous road trip or a day at the beach, and her enthusiasm was contagious. Her friends knew her as someone who would always light up a room, and her family will always remember the joy she brought into their lives.

Layla was an accomplished individual who lived life fearlessly. She attended the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with honors in her field of study. She was passionate about helping others and had a desire to make a difference in the world.

Outside of her studies, Layla was a lover of music and enjoyed attending concerts and festivals. She had a beautiful singing voice and would often entertain her friends with impromptu performances. Her creativity didn't stop there; Layla was also a talented artist who loved to paint and draw.

We will miss Layla's warmth, kindness, and humor. Her light will continue to shine through the memories she leaves behind. We take comfort in knowing that she'll be watching over us, especially when we take those spontaneous trips or attend our favorite music festival. Rest in peace, sweet Layla. We love you and miss you dearly.
