Layla Issa, 73, of El Cajon, California, passed on March 07, 2023. Layla was born on October 06, 1949. In honor of their memory, I would like to say that she was a wonderful person who brought joy and happiness to the lives of those around her. She had a kind heart, a contagious smile, and a positive attitude that uplifted everyone she came across. Her compassion and generosity were limitless, and their selflessness knew no bounds.
