Lazarita S. Pacheco, 90, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at the Meadows Long Term Care in Las Vegas. She was born on April 15, 1923, in El Rito Salado, (Tecolote) to the late Alberto Sanchez and Cesaria Dominguez-Sanchez.She loved sewing, cooking and was a member of the San Miguel Senior Citizens.She was a Catholic and member of Our Lady of Sorrows Church.She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Margarito Pacheco; sons and daughter, David, Tranquelino, George and Ernestina Pacheco.She is survived by sons and daughters: LeRoy and Chavela Pacheco, Dora Hacker, Virginia Romero (Victor) all of Albuquerque, Clorinda Martinez, Angie, Richard Pacheco (Sandra), Lorraine Martinez (Joseph) all of Las Vegas, Dolores Vigil (Chris), and Loretta Pacheco all of Corrales; 29 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren, other relatives and many friends.Rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. today (Friday) at Immaculate Conception Church in Las Vegas. Funeral service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday with Rev. George V. Salazar as celebrant. Interment will take place at Los Montoyas Cemetery with the following serving as casket bearers: Gabriel Pacheco, Richard Martinez, Vicente Romero, Joseph Martinez Jr, Kenny Sr., Kenneth Jr., Anthony and Richard Pacheco Jr., Mark and Eric Vigil.
