Lee Ann Van HornZANESVILLE: Lee Ann Van Horn , 63 of Zanesville died at approximately 5:32 AM Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Genesis Health Care ER following a year old illness.She was born on March 3, 1953 in Zanesville, Ohio the daughter of the late Charles and Eleanor "Betty" (Green) Taylor.Lee Ann was employed most of her life as an LPN for Bethesda Hospital, Good Samaritan Hospital & in the Home Health Care Industry. She was a member of the Eastern Star, enjoyed the beach & the ocean and was also an animal lover having all kinds of pets throughout her life. She is survived by her husband, Dale L. Van Horn of the home; two daughters, Erin (Jamie) Patterson and Shaunte (Joshua) Hinds - Thornton of Newark; two step-sons; David Van Horn and Matthew Van Horn of Zanesville; five grandchildren, Tasha Erlenbach, Austin McClain, Hunter McClain, Brennigan Patterson and Parker Patterson; and a great grandson, Weston Erlenbach; a brother, Shane Taylor of Morgan County. No public visitation or funeral services will be observed & a private graveside service will be held at a later date at the Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
