Leia Richardson, 17, of Unicoi, Tennessee, passed away on September 01, 2023. Leia was born on January 20, 2006.

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of a beloved individual who was known for her beauty, kindness, and exceptional talent as a cheerleader. Her unwavering compassion and generosity towards others will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She will forever be remembered as a shining example of grace and excellence in all aspects of her life. Leia was a senior at Unicoi County High School where she participated in cheerleading and student council. Throughout her life, she demonstrated a remarkable commitment to her craft and left an indelible mark on those who had the privilege of knowing them. Her legacy will continue to inspire and influence future generations, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of crossing paths with her.

Leia's celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 6 at Unicoi County High School. Her funeral and burial will be at Valley Funeral Home at 5pm on September 4th.
