It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lenny Coates on December 2, 2025, in Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. Lenny was born on November 18, 1977, to his father Francis Coates.

Lenny led a fulfilling life, always putting others before himself. He enjoyed lending a helping hand to those in need and was known for his kind and generous spirit. Lenny had a passion for making a difference in his community and was involved in various charitable organizations.

Although Lenny did not have any children of his own, he was a beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews, who adored him.

Tragically, Lenny's life was cut short due to a brain infection. His untimely passing has left a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Lenny Coates will be remembered for his selflessness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to helping others. He leaves behind a legacy of kindness and generosity that will never be forgotten.
