Lenny B. Williams passed away peacefully with his sister by his side on Monday, December 7, 2015 at Yuma Regional Hospital. Lenny was born on August 31, 1954 in Phoenix, Arizona. He lived in Phoenix until he and his family relocated to Yuma, Arizona in 1973 when his father, Phil L Williams purchased Best Block & Pipe, Inc. Lenny attended Tavan Elementary in Phoenix and Peoria High School in Peoria, Arizona. He began working with his dad at Best Block & Pipe, Inc. as a CDL Truck Driver where he suffered a work injury that left him disabled. In 2004, Lenny was diagnosed with cancer of the voice box and underwent surgery and treatment which left him unable to speak. Even with the difficulties life presented to him, Lenny remained a strong, loyal friend and family member with a great sense of humor. His spirit was strong even in the hardest of times.Lenny was preceded in death by his parents; Phillip L. Williams and Vera I. Williams of Yuma, Arizona. He is survived by his wife; Debby Frank Williams and his children; Regan N. (Steven) Pereira, Aaron J. (Heather) Williams and Phillip R. Williams, three grandchildren, sister; Deena D. (Billy) Williams-Clothier, brother; Devin K. (Renee) Williams. He will be missed by his nephew and niece; Derek and Autumn.Services for Lenny will be held at Johnson's Mortuary on Thursday, January 7, 2016 in Yuma, Arizona at 11:00 am. A reception will follow at the home of Billy and Deena Williams-Clothier.Saturday, January 9, 2016 his family will take him to Skull Valley to the ranch where he spent the happiest moments of his life with Papa Reagon.
