Mr Leon Patrick Glenn, affectionately known as Beannie was born on August 8, 1964 to Leon and Patricia Penn-Glenn. He was a graduate of West Forsyth High School. Beannie was employed with Wake Forest Baptist Hospital for 35 years. His job was his life. Mr Glenn was preceded in death by his Mother Dear as he called her Mrs Patricia Penn. His Step Father Mr Bobbie Stover, Wife Mrs Venecia Ford-Glenn, Brother Mr Robert Glenn Sr. Great Grandmother Minnie Penn, Grandmother Josephine Penn, Grandmother Ophelia Glenn. Uncles Peter Penn, William Penn, Percy Penn, Raleigh Penn, Christopher Penn, Robert and Thomas Penn, Charlie Penn. Aunts Margretta Penn, Novelean Chapman, Sharon Chapman-Sturgis, Valerie Chapman. God Mothers Evelyn Evans, Ann Long.


Leon is survived by his Father Leon Glenn Sr (Christine). Four sons Leon Glenn 3rd, Dewaun Wilson-Glenn, Kenyon Ford and Carl Ford. One daughter LaKisha Ford. One brother Peter Glenn. Three sisters, Mary Glenn, Felicia Stover-Barnes (Johnny), Vonetta Glenn-Flemings(James). Four Sisters In Love, Aretha Glenn, deKarl Glenn, Crystal Waiters, Alicia Malone. Brother In Love Kevin Allen. Twelve grandchildren and five great grandchildren. God Mother Lillie Mae Young. Uncles Vance Glenn (Patricia), Spencer Glenn (Avenida) Gary Glenn (Vickie). Aunts Pernella Karnabi nee’(Mustapha), Vickie Glenn, Charlene Chapman, Margaret Dixon. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.


Overall our brother was very well loved! He will truly be missed!
