Leon Christopher Sr, 71, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on July 27, 2024, after a lifetime of remarkably average accomplishments. Born on October 22, 1952, Leon was the eldest child of Leon and Selencia Christopher.

Leon is survived by his devoted wife, seven children, and a staggering number of grandchildren who, let's be honest, he probably struggled to remember all of their names. His children, Cedric, Virgial, Reginal, Leon, Lavell, Latesha, and Latoya, will surely miss his frequent dad jokes and insistence on sending chain emails.

Although Leon worked at Fiber glass for most of his adult life, he never really excelled in any significant way. Co-workers often described him as "the guy who always brings donuts on Fridays" or "the one who falls asleep during meetings."

Despite his lackluster career, Leon was a dedicated family man who always managed to find time for his loved ones between his afternoon naps and early bird specials at the local diner. He will be remembered for his love of leisurely walks, Sudoku puzzles, and classic rock music that he played just a little too loudly.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you send donations to the "We'll Miss You, Dad" fund, which will go towards purchasing a new recliner in his honor. Rest in peace, Leon. We hope you finally found an endless supply of donuts in the afterlife.
