DERRY - Leon F. Adams Jr., 56, of Derry, died on Oct. 27, 2016, at Parkland Medical Center in Derry.He was born on Feb. 24, 1960, in Manchester, the son of the late Leon F. Adams Sr. and Nova Avis (Collins) Adams.Leon grew up in Kingston, where he was a longtime resident, and has resided the last four years in Derry. He was owner and operator of Adams & Sons Landscaping in Kingston, and was formerly employed at Vernon Plastics in Haverhill, Mass. For the last four and a half years, he worked as an Industrial Maintenance Technician at FoodState in Londonderry.An avid billiards player, Leon was a member of the American Pool Association. He was a dedicated family man who enjoyed many activities, including fishing, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles. He was also a big fan of the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and WWE Wrestling.He is survived by his ""Jr. High School Sweetheart"" whom he met in 1973, and wife of 35 years, Cindy A. Adams of Derry, formerly of Kingston; two sons, Michael S. Adams and his girlfriend, Kristen Sweeney, of Worcester, Mass., and Christopher M. Adams and his wife, Anne-Marie, of Danville; two daughters, Kayla Marie and Justine Lynn; three grandchildren, Xander Leon, Haliee Michelle, and Tristan Richard; five sisters, Josephine L.
