Behind he leaves to cherish his memory his Mother and Stepfather Ellen & James Henry, Father Leroy Gilbert one Brother Robert and five Sisters Cornnekiqwa Redfield ,Keidra Gilbert, Ebony Gilbert, Lezareia Gilbert and Fynalte Bailey.
Grandparents Belinda & Richard Whitman .Grandmother Catheren Gilbert Two mentors Darren Hambrick and Troy Grant 3 nieces , 2 nephews and a host of aunts uncles cousins and friends.

Leon growing up as a child always has a smile on his face. He attended Lacoochee Elementary and Pasco High School. He played football and had a great passion for people. He was a very hard worker in the warehouse industry. He was known for his music his fantastic lyrics and his knowledge of the Bible. Leon was always a great help in the community of lacoochee Florida.
