Memorial services for Leonard Joseph Hamilton will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Williams Funeral Home in Opelousas, La., with a blessing by Father Jas Rofinus of Holy Ghost Catholic Church.

Leonard, age 55, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, La. He was preceded in death by his parents, Calvin E. Hamilton and Viola Rachal Hamilton, paternal grandmother Sarah Hamilton, maternal grandmother Mary Angelique Fruge' Rachal and grandfather Shakespeare Rachal, his Uncle James Hoda Rachal, Aunt Effie Rachal Albert, paternal Aunt Cleo D. Scoggins and Gloria H. Harrison, Uncle Ernest Hamilton, and great Aunt Beatrice Mantell.

Those left to cherish his memory are uncles and aunts, Allen Rachal (Velma) of Oakland, Ca.,Elizabeth Castain of Sacramento, Ca., Theresa Cephas of Washington, D.C., Ruby Donatto (Ernest) of Arlington, Va., Shirley Rachal of Opelousas, La., paternal Aunt Earlene Greene of Opelousas, La., and a host of other relatives and loved ones.
