Leroy Micheal Collins, 71, passed on August 15, 2021. He was born on January 18, 1950.
He married Mildred Collins and they lived together in Axton, Virginia. Together they raised 2 children Timothy Collins, Clarence Collins. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Corporal Collins served his country for 20 years in the Army.
