Feb 14, 1964 - Jun 30, 2024

This obituary is administered by:

Leshaun "Big Les" Crockett, the women, the myth, the legend, left this world on June 30, 2024, at the young age of 60. She was born on Valentine's Day in 1964, in Springfield, Illinois, to his beloved parents Charles Crockett and Janice Walter. Leshaun leaves behind her loving two children Tasia Crockett and Erin Dyson(Nathaniel Dyson) and five adoring grandchildren.

Leshaun was a proud graduate of Chicago Vocational High School, class of 1979. She was known for her sharp wit, infectious laugh, and her impressive dance moves. Leshaun had a passion for fishing, BBQs, and telling tall tales that would have even Pinocchio raising an eyebrow.

She was a devoted family woman, always putting her loved ones first. In her spare time, you could find her cracking jokes, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, or cheering on her favorite sports teams. Leshaun's larger-than-life personality and kind heart touched everyone she met.

While we may mourn her passing, let us also celebrate the incredible life that Leshaun lived. She will be forever remembered for her laughter, her love, and her unforgettable dance moves. Rest in peace, Big Les. You will be dearly missed.
