Leslie Jones, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on October 6, 2024, in Sanford, North Carolina.

She was born on April 12, 1932, to Dennis and Anne Mae Williams. Leslie married the love of her life, Larry Jones, in 1954, and together they had two children, Maggie and Donna.

Leslie was a proud graduate of Martin Luther King High School in 1950 and continued her education at William Paterson College, graduating in 1954. She also enjoyed singing in the choir at her church, Canaan Baptist.

In her free time, Leslie loved to make her own clothes and was known for her stylish creations. She had a special talent for sewing and always looked fabulous in her handmade outfits.

Leslie is survived by her loving husband, children, and three grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Rest in peace, Leslie. Your legacy of love and creativity will live on in the hearts of those who knew you.
