1980 ~ 2016Our beloved Letha Marie Bills, 36, passed away Tuesday, November 8, 2016, in West Valley City due to complications of a seizure. Letha dealt with seizures for 24 years. Letha was born on May 18, 1980 in Salt Lake City to Ivan S. and Debra Jo (French) Bills. She was the apple of her Dad and Mom's eye.She is survived by her parents, Ivan and Debra Bills, her brother Bryce and many uncles, aunts, cousins and her little dog Houdini. Letha was welcomed to heaven where her grandparents Stan and Lois Bills and Joe and Bernice French were there to greet her.Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 11:00 at LDS church on the hill, 14400 S. 1700 W.
