A viewing will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2016 in Maple Shade, New Jersey at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church at 10:00AM with the Funeral Mass at 11:00AM. Committal Service will be at Calvary Cemetery following the service.Lillian was born on November 5, 1924 to the late Helen Lillian Zubrzycki Kolakowski and Bernard Kolakowski. She was a graduate from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in 1946 with a degree in Pharmacy where she was also a charter member of Kappa Epsilon Sorority. Lillian married Winston Stewart not long after graduation in June of 1946. She retired from the Episcopal Hospital in Philadelphia. She leaves her legacy to her children: son, Dr. Wayne Stewart and his wife, who was like a daughter to Lillian, Dr. Teresa Stewart, daughter, Dr. Debra Ann Stewart-Schilling; grandchildren: Erica Cipparone and her husband, Ryan, Sabrina Stewart, Amy Donde and her husband, Joshua, and Amanda Schilling; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Cipparone, Sloan Reign Cipparone, and Theodore Donde to cherish her loving memory.To share your favorite memories of Lillian, please visit GivnishFuneralHome.com
