It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Linda Carter, who left this world on April 10, 2025. Linda was born on July 7, 1977, in Baltimore City, Maryland, to her loving parents Richard and Cynthia Carter.

Linda was a devoted mother to her two children, India McCoy (spouse Tonie McCoy) and Marvin Carter (spouse Tara Carter). She was a proud graduate of Western High School in 1989 and continued her studies at Brown University, graduating in 1990.

Linda had a passion for her faith and was an active member of her church. She found solace and comfort in her spiritual community and dedicated much of her time to helping others.

Despite her battle with cancer, Linda remained positive and resilient until the very end. Her strength and courage inspired all who knew her.

Linda will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
