Linda Lou (Isle) Keen, (67), passed away peacefully November 7, 2016, at home in Bartlesville, OK. She was born on March 7, 1949, in Ottawa, KS to Jerald Ellsworth and Phyllis Eileen (Sutton) Isle, who both preceded her in death. Linda attended O'Leary Country School, Waverly Elementary School and graduated in 1967 from Waverly High School. In 1968, she attended Stewart Beauty Academy and passed the State Board of Cosmetology, and enjoyed cutting her husband's and children's hair.Linda married Bruce Alvin Keen on March 23, 1968, in Waverly, KS. After living several months in Salina, KS, they moved to Bartlesville, OK, to start their family and build a home. They were married 48 years. Linda loved spending time with family, reading books and newspapers and watching movies. She liked to travel and collected art glass and jewelry, many of which were designed and made by her daughter. She was also the bookkeeper for her husband's company, Keen Systems.Linda is survived by her husband, Bruce Keen, of Bartlesville, OK; her daughter, Angela Irene Keen and David Rogers, of Irving, TX; her son, Casey Alan Keen and Shona Brown, of Jacksonville, FL; and one brother, Jerald (Jerry) Isle and his wife Diana of Waverly, KS; and many relatives and friends. There will be a private memorial for family only at a later date.
