Linda Moore, 73, passed away on April 29, 2023, in Dyersburg, Tennessee, United States. She was born on January 10, 1950, to her proud parents, Joe and Mary Moore.
Linda was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who cherished spending time with her family. She was a kind, gentle, and compassionate woman who always put others before herself.
She attended Dyersburg High School and graduated in 1968. From there, she went on to pursue a career in nursing, where she dedicated over 40 years of her life to helping others. She worked at several hospitals in the local area, and her compassion and dedication earned her countless accolades from patients and colleagues alike.
Throughout her life, Linda had an unwavering faith in God and was a dedicated member of her church. She participated in various church programs and volunteered her time and resources to help the less fortunate in her community.
Linda was an avid gardener and enjoyed spending time outdoors, surrounded by nature. Her beautiful flower gardens were the envy of her entire neighborhood, and she took pride in every plant she nurtured.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Mary Moore, and her beloved husband, Charles Williams. She is survived by her children, Sarah Jones and Mark Williams, and her five grandchildren, all of whom adored their grandmother and will miss her deeply.
A memorial service will be held at her church, at a date and time to be announced. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to her favorite charity, the American Cancer Society.
Linda Moore will forever be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and unwavering dedication to helping others. She was a beloved member of her community and will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched.
