WarrenSalina, UtahSalina, Utah - Our loving wife, mother, sister and aunt, Linda Susan Jensen Warren passed away into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on August 6, 2017 in Centerfield, Utah. Linda was born on February 18, 1949 in Salina Utah, a daughter of John Marion "Jack" and Ellis Rae Crane Jensen. Linda graduated from North Sevier High School in 1968. She then attended SUU and graduated in 1972 with her teaching degree in Elementary Education. She quickly put that degree to use and taught on the Indian Reservation in Kayenta, Arizona. She taught 4th grade there for four years. In 1976 she was able to move back to Salina and there she taught school at Salina Elementary for thirty one years. Over her entire teaching career she touched the hearts of many children and adults both.She married Bruce Edward Warren on June 25, 1988 and were sealed in the Manti LDS Temple on January , 9 1989. On June 23 1991, just three days before their 3rd wedding anniversary we received a phone call that our baby daughter Ciara was born in Tacoma, Washington. With a mad dash to get to Tacoma we were able to pick her up on our anniversary, the best anniversary anyone could ask for.Linda was an active member of the . She loved the church and was involved in many positions, She worked in the Young Women program, the Primary, and Relief Society there again touching the hearts of many with her sweet kind loving spirit and her love to all.Linda was involved in many organizations .She was an active member of Delta Kappa Gamma, a teaching sorority. She loved her Pioneer Ancestry and was a proud Member of the Daughter of Utah Pioneers up until the time of her death. She loved gardening, reading, crocheting, and loved the new adult coloring books, but she was happiest though when she was surrounded by her family. She loved outings and reunions. Most of all she loved spending time with her husband and daughter Ciara, and all of her fur babies.Linda is survived by her husband of Salina, daughter Ciara of Salt Lake City; son, Jake Kistenmacher of Tacoma, Washington. She is also survived her brother Michael (Jill) of Centerfield, her sister Denise (Rich) Harvey of Richfield. She is survived by her brother-in laws Dick and Joe (Jeanette) Warren of St. George. She loved her nieces and nephews, Jackie and Richard Schugk, Jessica and Jason Hansen, Jason Harvey, and Melissa and Brad Hartle. She was especially proud of her great nephews, Jackson, Christian, Parley, Porter, and Ledger. She was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Ellis Rae, her mother and Father in law Joe and Elmera Warren. Also by many aunts, uncles and cousins.The family would like to especially thank Mission at Community Living in Centerfield for the great care given to her while she there. Dr. Beck to the great care she was given. Also Therapy West, and the great gals at Sevier Dialysis, Carrie, Robbi, Sheryl, and Stephanie.Funeral services will be held Friday, August 11, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. in the Salina LDS Stake Center, 98 West 400 North in Salina, where friends may call for viewing Thursday evening from 6 to 8 P.M. or Friday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 prior to the services. Burial will be in the Salina Eastside Cemetery under the care of the Springer Turner Funeral Home of Richfield and Salina, Utah. On line guest book at: www.springerturner.com
