Hillhouse, Linda Withrow Linda Withrow Hillhouse, age 69, passed away on March 2, 2017 in Queen Creek, Arizona after a courageous battle with lung cancer. She had previously beaten this disease and had been cancer free for 17 years. During the Christmas season of 2016, she was diagnosed again and was determined to fight, despite the high risk. Linda was born on October 10, 1947 in Sims, Illinois to Adolph and Estelle Green Withrow. She went to Wayne City High School and graduated in 1965. After graduating, she went to stay for the summer with her brother Clifford and his wife Marion, along with their 4 children, in Glendale, Arizona. After returning home, she then met and married Richard Beasley. They raised their two sons, Brent and Jeff Beasley in Effingham, Illinois. She later remarried in 1985 to Doug Hillhouse. Dough and Linda lived in Central Illinois for almost 20 years until they moved to Sun City in 2003. They lived there for 8 years until Doug passed away in 2011. After Doug's passing, she continued living in Sun City and commuting to work in Phoenix as a legal clerk. She then went to live with her oldest son, Brent and his wife, Stacy, along with their three children, in Queen Creek, Arizona. She continued commuting to work in Phoenix until as recently as February. Linda was a cheerful, sarcastic and helpful person who was fun to be around. She was loved by family and friends and will be dearly missed by all. She is survived by her sons, Brent Douglas Beasley and his wife, Stacey, and Jeffrey Richard Beasley and his wife, Nancy; her grandchildren, Madison Beasley, Jenea Beasley Kane, Ariell Beasley White, Jeffery Richard Beasley II, Ethan Beasley, Isabella Beasley and Riley Beasley; and her great-granddaughter, Sadie Beasley. She was preceded in death by her brother, Clifford Douglas Withrow.
