Lisa Annette McArthur GareyJackson, Tennessee - Lisa Annette McArthur Garey, age 54 of Medina, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, TX.Lisa was born on August 17, 1963 to Betty Moore McArthur and the late Andy McArthur. She was a dental hygienist at Northside Dental Center in Jackson, TN.Lisa inspired those who knew her with her love of life. Her family, friends, and faith empowered her to enjoy her last years of life through sporting events, concerts, and events held for her. She recently stated, "it's all about love". She knew she was loved by the actions of so many. Her beautiful life is a reflection of the love she received from all of us and God with whom she now resides.She is survived by her children, Nathan and Brandi Garey; mother, Betty McArthur; sisters, Sherry and Tammy McArthur; and brothers, Andrew and Brandon McArthur.The family will receive friends on Friday, October 20, 2017 from 5-8 pm at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel. Visitation will resume on Saturday, October 21, 2017 from 12-1 pm at Providence Baptist Church in Crockett Mills, TN.Funeral services will be held at 1 pm at Providence Baptist Church in Crockett Mills, TN with entombment to follow in Oakview Memorial Park in Bells, TN.
