Lita Arfsten passed away on November 25, 2016. She was born on July 7, 1930 to Julian and Sadie Smith of Yuba City, CA. She was one of 7 sisters and 9 brothers. Lita has lived and worked in this community most of her life. She was an office manager for AT&T for over 40 years. After retiring from the phone company, she went back to school and graduated from Sierra College with an AA degree. Lita was also a longtime member of the Marysville Women's Club. She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Edward Arfsten, brother Ronald Smith and sister Rosella Lillom. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Sutter Cemetery. A reception will follow at the United Pentecostal Church Hall, 2649 E.
