We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Lizzie Paul, who was born on January 14, 1950, in Tampa, Florida to Benjamin and Lucille A. Paul. Lizzie peacefully passed away on June 10, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Lizzie is survived by her four children, Anthony Sharp, Andrew Sharp, Willie Sharp, and Julie Crosby-Walker. She was a beloved grandmother to Twenty-two grandchildren. Lizzie attended Blake High School and continued her studies at Georgia State College Laboratory School, where she graduated in 1975. She was actively involved in the Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, where she dedicated her time and talents to various church committees and organizations.

Lizzie's hobbies included singing in the Sanctuary Choir, participating in the Culinary Committee, and serving in the Children's Department. She was a kind and loving soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

May Lizzie rest in peace, knowing that she touched the lives of many and left a lasting legacy of love and devotion.

There will be a viewing on Friday June 14 2024 at Wilson Funeral Home from 3:00 – 8:00 p.m. Due to the current CDC restrictions; we are asking that you use the visitation as an opportunity to pay your final respect. For your convenience and safety, we have extended our visitation hours.
