Parmon, Lola "Sissy" (Bailey),99, of Louisville was born on October 6, 1917 in Corbin, KY. to the late David and Arlean (Harkins) Bailey, and passed from this life on February 16, 2017. She was a member of Carlisle Avenue Baptist Church, and the O.E.S. Southern Star chapter 154. She was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Russell Parmon. Left to cherish her memory is a sister Doris Barton; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Parmon is resting at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. where friends may visit on Monday from 3-8 pm. A celebration of her life will be held at noon on Tuesday, with interment to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
